PRESTIGE VISA FINANCIAL LLC — CARDHOLDER AGREEMENT
Effective upon approval. This Agreement governs your use of the Prestige Visa Credit Card ("Card") issued by our Issuing Bank Partner.
1. CREDIT LIMIT. Your initial credit limit is $1,000. We may increase or decrease your limit at any time with notice.
2. INTEREST RATES. The Annual Percentage Rate (APR) for purchases is 29.99% variable. The Penalty APR is 39.99% if you make a late payment.
3. FEES. Annual Fee: $75. Monthly Maintenance Fee (after first year): $6.25/month. Foreign Transaction Fee: 3%. Late Payment Fee: up to $40. Returned Payment Fee: up to $40.
4. MINIMUM PAYMENT. You must pay at least the minimum payment shown on your statement by the due date each month. The minimum payment is 2% of your balance or $25, whichever is greater.
5. BILLING CYCLE. Your billing cycle is monthly. Statements are generated at the end of each cycle. You have 25 days from the statement date to pay without incurring interest on purchases.
6. DEFAULT. You are in default if you fail to make a minimum payment, exceed your credit limit, or provide false information in your application.
7. ARBITRATION AGREEMENT. Any dispute arising from this Agreement shall be resolved by binding arbitration rather than in court, except for small claims court cases.
8. CREDIT REPORTING. We may report information about your account to credit bureaus. Late payments, missed payments, or other defaults may be reflected in your credit report.
9. AUTHORIZATION. By signing below, you authorize Prestige Visa Financial LLC and its Issuing Bank Partner to verify your identity, check your credit, and process your application.
10. ELECTRONIC CONSENT. You consent to receive communications from us electronically. This Agreement may be signed electronically pursuant to the federal E-SIGN Act (15 U.S.C. § 7001).
